Terms & Conditions As a client of Airport & Harbor Car Service you accept the following polices by which we operate. A 15% driver gratuity will be added to your bill based on the trip rate plus any stop and/or wait charges unless otherwise instructed by the client. Any out of pocket expenses including tolls, entrance fees and parking will be added to your bill. Client requested stops en route are charged as follows: $5 per stop, which includes a ten (10) minute wait period. When the wait period has elapsed waiting time is charged at $20 per half hour intervals. Airport & Harbor Car Service monitors the commercial flights we are scheduled to meet to the best of our ability. That does however; leave us at the mercy of the various airline computer systems, which do not always provide accurate information. We urge our clients whenever it is possible to contact us with a travel update. Just call 1-888-814-5995. This can help to avoid any lapses in service, additional charges or just reduce the anxiety levels of everyone. Waiting time: Airports and Buses ~ you will not be charged waiting time for the first full hour from the scheduled flight arrival time. Thereafter, if we do not hear from you, you may be charged waiting time at a rate of $40 per hour payable in half hour increments. A ten (10) minute grace period will be in place for all other pick-ups before you will be charged waiting time at a rate of $20 per half hour. A cancellation fee equal to the trip rate plus the 15% driver gratuity will be charged for any cancellation made less than one hour before the scheduled pick-up time. A no-show fee equal to the trip rate and applicable waiting time plus the 15% driver gratuity will be charged when a passenger fails to show at the designated time and location. If for any reason you do not make contact with your driver within the first five to ten minutes of your arrival (provided you have arrived within a reasonable time from your scheduled arrival time) then please call 1-888-814-5995 for guidance. All rates are subject to change without notice. Each Airport & Harbor Car Service driver has been provided with the privilege of discretion on additional charges covering stops and waiting time.
