Welcome to our website. My name is Brian Jones. My wife Patti and I bought the company in 1997. The company originated as Airport Taxi. It evolved into Airport & Harbor Taxi in 1991. Since our purchase we have experienced yet another evolution to where we are today, identifying ourselves as Airport & Harbor Car Service. This slight change in name has better defined our service, vehicles and drivers. It has not affected the high level of reliable quality service our valued clients have come to know and expect. An advanced reservation continues to be your guarantee there will be a vehicle waiting for you at the time and place you requested. We try to accommodate those that have not reserved in advance as much as our schedule allows. Historically we have done remarkably well in doing so. We are proud of our reputation for reliability, quality and customer service. The main reason for this reputation is our drivers and our vehicles. Our drivers are prompt, courteous, friendly and professional; they are either family members or valued friends. We believe this gives us a valuable asset because there is a sense of ownership within each. We are very proud of our fleet and feel certain that even the most discerning guests will be very comfortable and enjoy a pleasant ride. Services In addition to our primary service of point-to-point transportation, we also offer such varied types of transportation as: Tours Tours of Acadia National Park, MDI in general with all its offerings, other coastal areas such as Blue Hill, Winter Harbor, or any other points of interest to a guest of our area. We offer hourly, half day and full day rates. Shuttle Shuttle service for specific groups who come to the area for meetings and parties including small weddings, outings, conferences, symposiums, photo shoots and more. Courier We have in the past and will continue to provide emergency courier service of various cargos for local companies or persons whenever we can accommodate them.
